Construction Crew Member
With over 40 years in the construction industry, Countryside Builders is looking for a full-time dedicated employee. We are in search of individuals that can bring your experience of carpentry and skills and start learning the skill of post frame building with us. You will master the building techniques of our company, alongside others that take pride in their work.
You must be willing to work outside in all weather conditions and capable of working at various heights (up to 40 ft). Ability to lift 50-75 lbs. If you love the idea of creating something every day and don’t mind getting your hands dirty, this is the job for you!
Valid driver’s license and reliable transportation.

Construction Sales Consultant/Project Coordinator
This is a professional multi service position that includes In Office Customer Service Sales and Repairs in addition to Warehouse and Job Site Management. – This person will be responsible for assisting and helping do day to day tasks as needed in all areas of the company.
Must be 21 with valid driver’s license, ability to lift 75 lbs. Willingness to learn all aspects of how our buildings are built and be able to assist with sales and repairs on both post frame buildings and portable buildings. Excellent customer service skills, computer skills and math skills are required. Forklift experience helpful. Must be able to drive a standard truck with trailer without assistance. Be able to work alone and as a team. Reliability is a must, show up to work on time and work a fully scheduled day as assigned.
Main duties include but are not limited to:
- Experience with customer service, sales and construction knowledge is a must.
- Professionally meet the needs of customers and the company.
- Follow and develop customer leads. No door-to-door sales or cold calls.
- Meet with customers both in office and on site.
- Effectively layout, design and evaluate customer needs and building sites to best fit customer needs.
- Follow all building projects from start to finish including signing of contract to delivery of material and customer satisfaction completion.
- Maintain all customer files and able to multi-task numerous customer and projects effectively at once.
- Computer skills including, outlook, Excel and Word. Excellent math skills also a must.
- Communicate well with others and able to resolve issue in a timely manner.
- Service all warranty and repair work. Maintain all paperwork for these jobs.

Expected hours: No less than 40 per week

- Monday to Friday Plus Occasional Saturday Customer Appointments
